years - regarding this Estimate I wish to observe that the time for preparing it

has been so short as to render it

impossible to have accurate drawings of the various buildings made, or to give the minute details of each subject, I have however made luch rough sketches as enable me to give the results so near the

truth that they will probably not be -.-
